Start by observing the color coding of the 3 COGS (Cultural Factors) below. A dark green indicates the highest result possible for that particular factor, followed by light green, yellow, and finally red representing particularly low marks for the cultural factor.

Similarly, the specific cultural dimensions shown as the bulleted items are color coded using the same logic – from dark green indicating the highest possible outcome, to red indicating the lowest possible outcome for that cultural dimension.
